Vietnam Son La

Grown in the highlands of Sơn La province at 900–1,200 m, this Arabica thrives in fertile volcanic soils, cool mountain climate, and abundant rainfall. Over 2,000 ha of Catimor are cultivated by smallholder cooperatives using sustainable methods. With careful hand-picking and washed processing, Sơn La beans deliver a clean, bright cup with floral sweetness, gentle acidity, and a smooth, lingering finish — a true expression of Viet Nam most celebrated Arabica origin.
