Shipping policy

You can view the status of your order in your Online Account.

Our aim is to dispatch orders promptly within 2 business days. Please kindly allow extra time during peak sales and any public holiday periods.

Once dispatched, please allow approximately 3-5 business days for Express Shipping and approximately 5-8 business days for Standard Shipping within Australia.

From Best Bean Best Cup dispatch, standard delivery to major metropolitan areas outside Victoria generally takes up to 5-8 business days.

Deliveries to regional or rural areas may extend beyond this timeframe.

Please understand that if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, depending on which service you opt for, drivers may leave your parcel at your front door or in a safe place. Australia Post may choose to return it to a local parcel collection facility, where you’ll have to pick it up.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, you may be liable for all additional delivery charges incurred in the return and re-delivery of your order. You must pay these charges prior to re-delivery which may cause delays in re-dispatching your order until the payment is received.

Best Bean Best Cup is not responsible for any damage incurred once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking details, as long as you've provided your email address. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via emai, allowing you to track your order on the carrier's website.

Kindly note that the tracking details are provided by the courier service, and we are unable to offer additional information beyond what is provided in the email.

Should you encounter difficulty locating your tracking information, we suggest checking your spam folder in your email account.

Lastly, ensuring your order reaches you in a timely manner is our priority. If you have not received your order within one week of placing it online, please contact us at info@bestbeanbestcup.com.au, and we will figure this out for you.

Standard shipping rate of $12 for orders under $99.
