Refund policy

We are proud to provide our customers with high-quality products. If you receive an incorrect product or if its description does not match what you expected at the time of delivery, please contact us within 7 business days. Kindly provide the order ID number from your original confirmation email, along with a description of the damage or defect, and include your email address and phone number.

Our policy stands for a 30-day period from the date of your purchase. If this window has passed, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate a refund or exchange.

Please note that gift cards are non-returnable. Additionally, products that have been opened or partially used are not eligible for a refund.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including the packaging. Also, you'll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return once the item is received back. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.
