Opalaca Organic

Grown by smallholder farmers in the rugged highlands of Opalaca, on the border of Lempira and Intibucá, this organic washed coffee reflects both tradition and care. At 1,250–1,700 MASL, fertile soils and cool mountain climate create a cup that is floral and vibrant, with smooth chocolate depth, caramel sweetness, and a clean red fruit finish.
